With summer in full swing why not try the newest cocktails on the Ristorante Firenze summer cocktail menu? The Tuscan Sunset (Pictured) features strawberry puree and fresh mint mixed with Absolut Limon. The Gingerini combines Sapphire Gin and ginger syrup for a sweet/spicy libation (see recipe below). Finally, The Primavera sweetens the menu with Basil and Mint syrups mixed with Absolut vodka. All are available through the summer so cool off with a chilly cocktail tonight!
3 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1 oz. Ginger Syrup [shredded fresh ginger cooked in equal parts sugar and water]
1 oz. Lime Juice
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with lemon and candied ginger.
